The unseen Work Horse
A brillient peice of work that does the job brilliantly well but seriously lacks technical support. The technical drawings and the dimensions therein are wrong. This resulted in the cost of fitting the unit into an existing ceiling very expensive and add to this the fact that the controls and lights in the unit didn't work and took 6 months and 4 site visits before neff fixed the problem. Go back to the basic engineering principles. Design, build, test and test again. Redraw, proof and provide spares at the time of launching in to the market.
