Functional & Stylish
Angled perfectly to both capture the steam from several pans at once and yet remain out of the way of my height bringing my head in contact with the edges! The fan can get very loud but the automatic sensor function runs it at the speed required and no more. Efficiently clears the particulates from the air and in conjunction with the app lets you know when to put the filters through the dishwasher or regenerate the carbon. Could be a little clearer with the need for the carbon filter when installed as internally recirculating rather than externally ducted as it is an investment.

Powerful but a tad noisy
Unit is good although you do have to extend the fromt face when capturing steam which tends to condense on the rearward glass face. I find using its auto function is best in most cases. I find the unit has a strange rattling noise when running cannot determin if its the flue or not and gven how hard it is to get at the flue tempted to live with it. Of course could be installer has left somthing in it . Intially I thought the wifi connectivity was pointless but I actually find it handy because you get an alert when it wants you to clean the grease guards. Judgeing by the frequeny I was not cleaning my old units often enough. The Wifi is an asolute pain to set up and even worse whould you change routers.

Love it! Like the app and integration with the hob
This is certainly a statement product! It is also great to use. Fully integrated with our Neff hob. Can control from the connect app. Expensive, yes. A visual statement, yes. Functional, absolutely yes 100%. Love it.

Amazing hood
I have to confess this was more of an impulse purchase, because as part of a Kitchen refurbishment, I bought two ovens and a hob and wanted the hood to match and be from the same line. I didn't actually realise it would become my favourite of all the appliances. From the looks, the power of the suction, and of course, not forgetting the 25+ different lighting options to match the kitchen Ambience. Also love that using the hob will automatically turn on the light and the extraction will adjust depending on what is cooking beneath it. Completely overpriced, completely frivolous, but I wouldn't change it for anything.

WI-FI not working
I purchased this two years ago and its remained in its box until I recently revamped the kitchen (Covid delayed stuff!) . Really smart equipment, but I cannot get the unit to enter into WIFI connect mode. Doing the button pressing sequence in the manual just doesnt work. Any ideas anyone?

Great but not great!
As a standalone extractor this is superb, powerful easy to use but I paid for WIFI connectivity so - I have brought it down from 5 to 2 stars! Keeps sporadically disconnecting from WIFI, shutting down during cooking, will not stop automatically when hob switches off, APP keeps turning the run on time from the set 2 minutes back to 10 minutes. All sporadic and not tied to any operation? Paid for this option but does not work as advertised! APP lets you select the cooking light on and off automatically with hob but not the decorative light? You can only manually turn that on using App or hood switch? Why? WIFI and App are causing big problems but customer services do not understand and engineers will ony reset extractor to factory settings which will not help! Shame.

The non extracting extractor
Purchased this hood and have to say its terrible. I am asolutely gutted I spent this much money on a hood that doesnt extract. Boil a pan of water and within minutes the hood is soaking with condensation and its dripping everywhere. Had the engineer out and he said dont expect t it to extract like a chippy, i need to always use a lid on my pans. I expect quality when purchasing the most expensive hood ,not to be told i have to use lids, what if im reducing a sauce, making ganache or caramel.Honestly never been as upset with an appliance in all my life as I am with this. Put a lid on and take it off and no vapour goes p into the mhood just all over the front glass and my cabinets. Was also told by the engineer it was due to the fact my wall is cold.......

Superb!
This is a large and powerful extractor fan. With a kitchen/diner we didn't want smells to linger & they don't. Very easy to use and the light is great over the hob and the background wall light is even better! Huge range of colours & most look fab on our white wall. The power was the main reason to buy but the back lights are a huge hit and surprisingly useful as well as looking funky. The tilted back design means no more headbangs but the fan is still very effective. Only downside is that we need to tell people it's not a TV! Brilliant appliance - love it!
