We are pleased with the oven a few things have changed from our previous oven with we think are better seems to work well like the hide & slide door just a couple of grumbles the power cable is far too short and fixing the oven into the cupboard the removal of the side panels could made easier having ordinary screw heads would help

Best cooker we’ve had
It has great features such as pyrolitic self cleaning, timer functions and remote operation. It's a game changer all round.

Can't fully connect to the oven!
We bought 2 identical ovens. 1 has connected seamlessly but the other fails to connect fully and is left in a half connected state, even after factory resets. A great oven let down by software, fortunately the home connect is not required to use the oven.

Best oven we've had!
Bought this oven 3 weeks before Chistmas as our previous was showing signs of giving up. We are particularly impressed with how quickly it heats up and that we get a notification it has got to temperature. The pyrolytic cleaning feature is an added bonus that works really well. Overall we're well pleased.

Superb
Really pleased with our new NEFF oven. Plenty of space and cooks nice and evenly through a wide range of options of heat direction, fan etc. The slide and hide door is brilliant. I have just one, minor complaint. We paired this with a matching compact oven with microwave - except they don't actually match - the side pillars are different sizes and the display is a different style and font, minor, but irritating!

So brilliant.!
Love my new oven, it's lovely to look at and I love the WiFi feature, I didn't know it had that until I bought it..now I can cook & bake with confidence again, compared to my old antique oven I put up with. I can see my food so clearly I don't need to open the door to check the food anymore. There's so many functions & settings it'll take me a while to adjust, that is my only gripe, but honestly it's a very small downside with a positive.

Slide and hide
Have been using for over a week now after a problem with the door being jammed. Neff sent engineer who reset hinges within 15 minutes. The oven is excellent and we are still getting used to all the settings.
