A very health conscious product
This will be my 5th microwave but my first Neff. It fits beautifully with my new Neff oven and they really enhance the look of my new kitchen. I love the hot air functions on the Neff which I have not had previously and ax I use my dual microwave more than my oven I have found it so easy to use. The increased number of options almost replacing the need for another oven. Together with my new oven this microwave will cover all aspects of food preparation one could possibly need and has the added advantage of really enhancing the look and enhancing the quality of my new kitchen

Combi microwave
Bought for new kitchen in a tall cupboard above our slide and hide oven. Microwave does not have a turntable so we are just getting used to turning the food when cooking. The microwave and other functions are very easy to use. For smaller people in a tall unit they might find it awkward to remove plates from the fixed shelf. I am 5' 10" and find it quite easy.

Could be improved
Nice idea and matches Neff oven, however. Tripped rcd when used first to clean. Seems ok now. Agree with other reviews the fixed rack needs to be removed for liquids to get a jug in. Lip on shelf makes it difficult to remove. Instructions and guide to heating could be improved.

First Class
Purchased to replace a CDA hadn't lasted very long. A real step change in quality and functionality compared to CDA. Love it!

Badly designed wire rack
C1AMG84G0B model. You cannot slide the wire rack. You have to lift the the whole rack sometimes with a dish on it. This is dangerous. It is badly designed. Also my previous oven/grill you were able to remove the door making cleaning easier. Can you use the micro option without the tray?

If I Had The Chance Again ....
Had a brand new kitchen fitted into a new extension . After much slog the kitchen and the appliances were meant to be the icing on the cake so the budget stretched to Neff and I thought , why not to my detriment. I should have done some research and read the forums. Second time in 3 months I have had to have an engineer out . 1st time was 2 weeks after installation for the stand alone over , faulty buzzing fan and lo and behold the exact same fault with the combi microwave. Have enough tension and stress re the building works and didn't need Neff , supposedly a premi brand to add to it. So hey ho another engineer visit on Friday , more wasted time waiting around etc which should be the case for 3 month " premium " appliances. So would I recommend erm no . Has anyone got a time machine I could borrow?

Love this as a microwave but it does so much more, find the plate warmer very useful. If you lived on your own you wouldn't need anything else to cook with
