Excellent
I bought the NEF Hood as part of a major Kitchen overhaul. Not only does it look the part, it operates smoothly and does the job it is intended to do really well. It is powerful and you can change the rate of extraction. The light is useful too. A great looking, practical and efficient piece of equipment.

Would give it 5* but the instructions are useless
Bought this last Nov (17) thankfully had a great electrician and kitchen installer as the instructions are non-existent (on line). However, it works great (vented externally), looks greats and is super easy to clean

Useless!!!.....DO NOT waste your money!
We purchased this EXPENSIVE product in January 17 and it is best described as useless!!. Dont waste your money! It doesnt even deserve 1 star in the rating. It extracts minimal if any steam and we are left with damp walls, floors and internal units when used!!. This product does not perform as advertised by Neff and is not fit for purpose and is a complete waste of money, DO NOT PURCHASE.

I have had one of these fitted recently and it works fantasticly! Looks great easy to clean the filters and great extraction.
