Neff Repair
Our machine was repaired by 2 engineer visits, first to diagnose, then a few days later the fix. Both engineers were friendly, the second very nice. The repair seems to have worked, replacing a dryer fan. It was disappointing our Neff machine is quite new, just over 2 years, and we'd barely used the dryer, but which may have been the cause (that we'd be expected to use it more).

Dryer doesn’t Dry!!!
Wash cycle works fine, but the dry cycle barely dries the clothes. It's necessary to hang the items to dry after taking them out of the unit.

Integrated washer dryer
Fits perfectly and plumbs in easily. Doesn't wobble around on spin. Good wash cycles. Dryer is slower than standalone dryer it replaces but still effective.

Good product, shame about the instruction manual
We purchase this built in washer dryer, and based on the first few days usage, its great as you would expect. Unfortunatly the manual is for a slightly different model, which has an addition dispaly column and an additiona button. It doesn't sound like a lot, but it has managed to confuse us slightly, and also the hassel of having to chase up for the correct manual, to find there isn't one. Just put a flyer in with the change information, rather than have me chase round to find this out. This is a "premuim" product, I expect better.
