Classic softwood decking, grooved on both sides giving you the option to frame your deck with different textures
Features and Benefits
- We recommend you treat your timber decking annually with decking stain, varnish or paint to prolong its life. Lightly sand surfaces and ends to allow treatment to penetrate sufficiently through decking for maximum protection. Ensure surfaces and ends (especially cut ends) are completely sealed when staining to protect against the elements and this will ultimately extend the life of your decking.
- We recommend you level the ground where you're planning to construct your decking

Whoever called this "Premium" has a great sense of humour. Of the 3 packs I ordered I refused to accept one as the top board had a very obvious fresh lump out of the middle. Of the other two packs - one contained a board that was split, whilst the third pack contained a board that was very poor quality with lots of nicks and dents in it. This board also had 3 strap marks, so was probably on the top of a pallet load. I'am now waiting for the boards to be collected and refunded as the replacement pack was not delivered when it was supposed to be.

Many deck boards are delivered unusable & have to be returned. Defects are cracks on the top, cracks on the side, warped & wrong width. Builders work to time frames so there will be a number of boards which can not be used properly & have to be discarded.
Allow 15% extra for unusable boards & additional time to return & replace.
