Poorly made, poorly described.
Had low expectations even though it was described as 'premium' which it certainly isn't, but the product is not even as good as it appears on the website photo. There is no foam packing on the sides so the edges collapse completely. Even without any weight on the mattress the sides are creased and saggy. Handles on the sides might have been a good idea for moving or rotating but to be fair I'm not sure the fabric on the sides would be strong enough to make them useful. At best I would describe the firmness as soft to medium soft. The top fabric arrived with a grubby look as if it was made on a dirty surface. We will have to make do for now, because we are expecting a guest and have no time to find a replacement. We will chuck it out as soon as we can get a better made product.
