Wish I’d read the reviews
I found it fairly astonishing that B&Q would sell an item that needs precise measurements to be fitted but doesn’t include instructions, and yet here we are. I followed the instructions another commenter posted on here and it still doesn’t stay open without pulling down the arm. It’s also very expensive. I’m a big B&Q fan and this is easily the worst product I have bought there. V disappointing on every front.

Not safety window restictor.
I wanted a window opening restrictor for a childs bedroom and this is one of yhe items the search on the website offered. Now I have it home it clearly is not a safety device as it can allow full opening of the window. In fact, it is a cupboard door latch. So I can not fit this.

Money down the pan
Oh dear, I wish I’d read the earlier reviews before I wasted my money on this product. I realised there were no screws or instructions when I bought it but the alternative options had the same problem. I have a selection of screws in stock so that wasn’t a deal breaker and I am conceited to think I’d be able to figure it out or get online help. I have the right screws but was wrong on the other count. B&Q hold themselves out as a Do It Yourself store but I’ve noticed increasingly there are no instructions supplied with more and more of their stock. Money down the pan.

Fitting instructions for 150mm
Impossible to fit without any instructions, don’t attempt until you see the instructions in photo

Another great rip off from B&Q
Overpriced rubbish without the parts to fit it or instructions

Waste of time, don't buy this.
Bought this for a children's toy box lid, to stop lid falling and trapping little precious fingers... Seems a simple idea? No instructions, no screws supplied. How hard can this be to fathom out.... VERY HARD! Finally found a reference on earlier post to manufacturer instructions. This product is in fact for a wall cupboard with a front lift- up door. USELESS for what I require! It seems from previous reviews I'm not the only one that's suffered with this product.

Poor product

Absolute rubbish for the price
My partner bought this and I couldn't believe how much it cost for the cheap bit of rubbish it is. As other reviewers have mentioned previously, there's no screws and more annoyingly no instructions. Good job someone posted a link to the manufacturers websit where you can find the instructions.

Poor quality, no instructions
Picked this up but is now in the bin. No Instructions to follow, cheap plastic fitting. Waste of money

Rubbish. Save your money and buy something else
No instructions, no screws. Someone posted some instructions on here. Probably need an engineering degree to fathom out how to fix it and where. I followed the instructions posted on here and they did work but didn't really open fully, so I had to alter the position so it fully opened to 90 degrees. I would not recommend this! Especially at this price too!
