Happy with the product
Very happy with the light. Easy to install and looks very elegant. Very bright light. Only downside is that the packaging was very shabby and not packed well.

Purchased these lights,
I bought two of these and they look amazing, had them installed just before Christmas, I purchased the 5 ball. Was actually told that bulbs would last forever but they don't. 6 have blown already these bulbs are so expensive So I am not happy at all. Think twice before buying

Lovely looking light
I bought the main 5 armed ceiling light, 2 side lights, the floor light & the 2 armed light & all of them are lovely except the main 5 armed light blows bulbs all the time as previous reviews state. 2 have blown tonight I discovered when I switched the light on & the bulbs aren’t cheap either. They blow anywhere between weekly & the longest is monthly. It’s a shame as they look beautiful when in use. B&Q must know there’s a fault with the design so please fix it instead of just keep selling them !
