This product does everything I want it to,
I needed an outside safe delivery box. The Phoenix top loader does just that. It is easy to use, it accepts quite large parcels and the postman loves it. I can leave my deliveries over the weekend and retrieve them on Monday. I assembled it on my own in about 1 hour.

Not what i expected
Not the best, very difficult to put together and cathes when closing and opening a decent size though

Incorrect description - cannot be built in 15 mins
Instructions for this product leave you wondering if you're on the right path. As someone who has put together many DIY products and had no issues - I'm not quite sure why they couldn't make the instructions easy to follow to be honest. The instructions also make it look like there's only a few steps, but each step is a hurdle with many items to complete. I'd like to see anyone complete this in 15 mins without having ever built a parcel box prior - completely false advertising in their product description. Really put me off the product and wouldn't recommend to anyone. The quality is terrible, I scratched the parcel box so many times while carefully putting it together on my wooden flooring. I feel like the 2 previous reviews for this product are fake to be honest, to make it look good so people feel confident purchasing. It should be super clear that the level of involvement needed to put this product together. I was also supplied with a rivet gun shoved into the side of my parcel - didn't know how to operate one (but the internet solved this), and no mention of how to do this in the instructions (not even clear of when to do so). It might do the job of being a parcel box, but the burden on the consumer was clearly not a consideration in the creation of this product. Instructions literally need to be idiot-proof and take into consideration that probably very few people buying this product have ever built a parcel box before.

Excellent Product to solve parcel delivery issue!
Fed up of missing parcel deliveries at home, I bought this product as seemed good value for the price. Came next day delivery, so great start! Always skeptical when they say 'easy to put together', but this really was!! Well pleased with size and sturdiness of the box. I bolted to my wall next to door as dead space, all fixings supplied so no issues. Looks smart, very secure and now I don't have to chase parcels!

Great Product!
Purchased this after looking for a parcel box solution at home. Really fast delivery firstly, very easy to put together and a proper sturdy item with the added bonus of barcode for proof of delivery. Great price and very happy with the purchase.
