Easy, Safe and Functional
I have never owned a safe before but recently thought I probably should just for my own peace of mind. The Phoenix Vela safe is perfect for a starter like me, it’s heavy but light enough to manoeuvre easily into any room I need. The lock system is easy to navigate and it’s great that it comes with 2 keys for manual opening. I love the handy light inside! Can’t wait to start shorting my valuables.

Perfect office and or home security
I couldn't be happier with this safe and it’s great for home and office security! First off, the setup was a breeze. The instructions were clear, and I had it up and running with my passcode in no time. The electronic lock is easy to use — no fumbling with keys or complicated combinations. Just a few quick taps, and I'm in. It has a great solid build quality. You can really feel the sturdiness of the safe. The size is perfect too—not too bulky, but spacious enough to store important documents, jewelry, and other valuables with a nice fabric lining to ensure items won’t get scratched. I also love the internal shelf, which helps keep everything organized. There is also a light that shines when you open the shelf. The added benefit is that it comes with a back keep set of keys in case the battery dies or you forget your passcode. But there are warning about low battery if you are worried about that. Overall, the safe is a fantastic investment for security. It's easy to use, well-built, and packed with features. I highly recommend it!

Good
Really sturdy good storage space I like that it has the wee shelf so I can have smaller stuff at top and bigger stuff in bottom comes with screws to fix it to a wall if you wanted to love the keypad security and that it has keys to built really good really happy with it

Sturdy, easy access and spacious safe
This safe is excellent, very sturdy design and plenty of space to store your valuable items or personal possessions. The electronic lock works with batteries but also has a manual key override to enter if batteries were to run out or you prefer to use a key to enter and lock the safe. All in all a good safe

Really strong and sturdy
Amazing product, one of the things you never knew you needed it till you got it! Really sturdy and strong, has really big bolts to connect to the floor and keep safe, has large capacity to keep important documents arch as passports money etc, really easy to operate. Strong locking mechanism and nice design would absolutely recommend

Likely to stand the test of time.
Phoenix 800E is small and lightweight. Comes with easy to follow instructions. Reminds me of a hotel safe but slightly larger. Plenty room to store valuables and paperwork. Comes with fixings to secure to the wall Brick and concrete options too. The unit it battery operated and runs on 4 AA batteries it’s for this reason i mark it down a couple of stars, i haven’t had it / tested it long enough to know if the batteries will last a substantial period of time but comes with a key option as backup so there’s no concerns of anything getting locked in. Buttons are soft and numbers are easy to read. Unit is steel constructed which i believe will provide some degrees of fire protection however nothing in the booklet to confirm this. LED light in the interior is a welcome addition.

Easy to use, Looks good!
Arrived well packaged and damage free, great size safe with a internal shelf and a nice piece of carpet. Comes with easy to follow instructions, you need to insert 4 AA batteries which are not included in the box. Was easy to work out how to open the safe and how to change to your own security pin to open. Also comes with all the fittings you need to secure it to where you want it to go. All in all a Good looking safe, great internal capacity, Easy to use. Fab all round!

Great size and sturdy
This seems like a very study safe. There are drill holes to secure from the back and base of the safe making it impossible to grab and run. It's the perfect size for home use ,ie it fits nicely into a cupboard so isn't on view. The instructions on how to use are very clear and easy to use and you are given the master keys just in case you forget the combination you have set.

The safe has versatile uses due to its durable material and large capacity. It is safe and difficult to open without a key. electric lock powered by batteries. Very good size. I highly recommend it
