Hope restored
I was searching for this product in vain when I decided to look on B & Q's website and lo and behold there it was. I ordered it there and then and picked it up the following day. It couldn't have been simpler and gives me great hope that I will now be able to repair a favourite outdoor easy-chair.

Good dowel
I bought this for making some toy windmills. It worked well, but had a tendancy to split when I put a nail in it, so I had to pre-drill the holes.

It’s long, round and happily straight. However, I picked this out in the shop. Might not be the same if you have one delivered as they weren’t all the same on the shelf.

Kite fix
Bought to use as side rod for childs kite fix. Very light replacement for flight arm on kite. Easy to cut to size. Kids happy. Parents happy.
