Not good
This item is useless as it’s too light. The water emptying just lifts strainer out out of the plug hole

Bit plasticky but does the job
This was the only hair catcher in B&Q so had no choice. It’s a bit plasticky and I hope the chrome doesn’t come off, but so far it’s doing what I needed, don’t want a blocked drain again!

Plastic and small
It is very flimsy so easily comes up when the tap is on. Catches some debris but it doesn't cover all the drain so other bits go around the side. It's ok for temporary use or a not-so-busy kitchen but I wouldn't buy again...I would have bought a larger metal one if they were in stock

Rubbish Item
I only bought this product as there were no Cooke and Lewis sink strainers on sale. The old adage ‘you get what you pay for’ is absolutely correct in this instance. This item is so small and ‘flimsy’ it simply does not do the job it should do.It fly’s around the sink as soon as water hits it! DO NOT BUY !

Couldn't get shrink wrap off
I could not get the shrink wrap off, it was stuck firmly and filled up all the drainage holes. Some I persuaded off with tweezers but too much left on to be usable. I scrubbed, soaked, picked at, smothered in petroleum jelly overnight to soften it, could not shift it. I bought two and have had to throw them away unused for this reason. 3 stars only if you can get all the stuff off. I will think twice before buying other similarly wrapped Plumbsure products.

Terrible packaging
Terrible packaging. The plastic material was so tightly vacuumed on that it wasn't possible to remove it from the plastic. Went straight in to the bin. Terrible product

Useful Gadget!
This is the second one of these sink strainers I have bought and they are so useful in keeping bits and pieces from blocking the waste pipe

Didn't even get out of packaging
Very flimsy material, and it was so tightly vacuum packed I couldn't even get the plastic cover off. Ended up just throwing it straight into the bin. I guess that's why it's so cheap.

ok
it does the job and fits into the sink hole but is quite difficult to pull out for cleaning as it is in fact round without anywhere to get a firm grip on it.
