Disappointed
Bought 2 weeks ago the taps are ok and do the job nothing to distinguish which is hot and which is cold though and the shower attachment really cheap looking will have to buy a better quality one

Junk - avoid
Shower mechanism is bumpy and unpleasant. Taps make horrible shrieking noise. After a few months, they jam up altogether. Substandard junk. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Absolute rubbish
Very difficult to get the right temperature as the taps are not the best. The cold one has now seized up altogether!

On replacement and broken again
After a while the cold tap turns around but doesn't come on so running a shower without the ability to add water is not a great experience. This is our 2nd one - happened to the hot tap on the last one. Absolute rubbish

Will break quickly. Keep your receipt!
I feel like we got off easy as these lasted 3years for us before the cold tap stopped working (went from stiff turns, trickle of water to tap just turning with no water coming out.) Also, unfortunately the screw had seized so we couldn't replace the gland. After speaking to some rather unhelpful staff in store and on the phone trying to track down our bathroom order I spoke to a very helpful member of staff who agreed to do a straight swap as I didn't have a receipt and was having to wait for our credit card statement from 3yrs ago to be posted which proves proof of purchase (Sales of Goods Act 1979 or you can use Consumer Rights 2015 if purchased after). We also had a few days of taking baths by using a washing machine flexi pipe from the basin tap to the bath. We managed to get the old set off (you'll need a basin wrench/spanner about £6 for a basic one and a YouTube video). Took about ten mins and we are total amateurs. Hopefully this will buy us another few years and then I'm guessing we'll buy a more expensive set. Wish these reviews were available 3yrs ago though.

Looked nice, but oh no! Luckily new reviver found.
I purchased the taps 2 years ago and had the same problem; the hot water tap went to a trickle and then stopped. Unfortunately B & Q do not sell the replacement glands, so I checked the reviews, a bit late 2 years on and read that replacements were available but did not mention where from. Luckily I went to my local trade plumbers outler and purchased a set of Bristan Bath Tap Reviver with Acrylic Head, half an hour later my tap works a treat and I still have a spare.
