Expensive and not flat
Cornish tinker - Today
Only bought this as no 6mm MDF in stock. Very unstable even when cut to small pieces and very pricey overall. Only bought it as only option on the day and would have cost more in time and effort to go elsewhere.
Nice plywood for making cabinets

Nice plywood for making cabinets you are going to paint.
Poor quality on top layer.
Bad Ply - 15 days ago
I have bought ply from B&Q before without any problems but the quality of the glued layers on the face is shocking- flaking off with de lamination and making my job very labour intensive to try and get some kind of reasonable surface to paint without the flaking wood lifting away. Very disappointing doing a job with sub standard materials.
Terrible - don't buy it.

I have just battled with this rubbish - attached photo. The layers fall apart as soon as you cut the original sheet.
At first glance the sheet looked good but quickly it delaminates and I have spent hours gluing the edges and filling then sanding to achieve acceptable results.
Poor layer bonding

I use this plywood to make a variety of boxes ready for upholstering. Previously I used the sheathing ply, which like so many things was unavailable.
This ply when cut reveals the generally poor internal structure which requires a lot of filling and gluing to achieve a stable result.
