To be avoided
Purchased six in two packs, refunded same day. No springs and poor mechanism, carpenter advised that we would experience issues even with occasional use and should find a better quality product.

Not fit for purpose, avoid like the plague.
Almost impossible to remove the vacuum packing without scratching the items. It is impossible to fit so that all three screws miss the mortice latch because they are too close together. The screws are impossible to screw in straight as they are behind the knob. This is an extremely poor design, the holes should be much further out. They are not spring assisted and are stiff so the latch is refusing to spring back properly. A ten minute job to fit these took me half a day, including repairing the mortice latch which the screws had deformed. These are NOT "fit for purpose", avoid like the plague.

Not fit for purpose
The washer underneath the retaining Sir clip is too thick, therefore not allowing free movement in the doorknob itself to allow the spring in the latch to return the knob to its original position, the recess in the knob for the spindle is far too shallow making it almost set a certainty that you will have to sort the spindle. Fixing screws are positioned in such a wayThat you can’t screw them in straight there for you will leave a sharp protruding screw to catch your knuckles on. Overall a very bad design and not fit for purpose.

Poor design
Couldn't get the screws in straight so had to try to put them it an angle but this made the heads protrude. Poor finish, not professional and not fit for purpose. Holes need to be nearer the edge of plate to secure it properly

Poor quality
I have been charged £15.00 for these handles in our local store. Unlike the handle they were replacing they are not spring assisted and are very stiff to the point that the latch is unable to spring back. The screws are also difficult to screw in as they are behind the knob, despite drilling pilot holes, they stand proud catching your knuckles.

NON-ROTATING DOOR KNOBS!
I bought these this afternoon, but after I had eventually managed to remove the vacuum packing without scratching the items, I found that neither of them turned sufficiently freely to be returned by the sprung door latch. In fact, one could only be turned using a great deal of pressure. They are obviously badly made without any form of quality control. In effect, they are not "fit for purpose".
