Terrible
It's impossible to cut a good angle with this, mine is going in the bin.

Very Poor Item
This item was alongside some polystyrene coving in the store and that's what I was going to use it for so purchased it. It was very flimsy and I was concerned about cutting through it with a stray saw cut. I just do the occasional bit of DIY so it will be getting binned. It is not really worth a one star rating but as it was next to the polystyrene items I should take some blame for purchasing it hence 1 star.

waste of money
Avoid at all costs, cannot cut a decent mitre on wood, ended up wasting money on the product and the wood it failed to mitre. B&Q please withdraw this product as its not fit for pupose.

Waste of money
A mitre box is supposed to guide the saw. This one has slots that are too wide and if the saw goes astray it cuts into the sides of slots easily so they lose any accuracy they may once have had. Sides are too high for a tenon saw. Might be OK for a very small section or plaster coving. Hopeless for skirtings.

Plastic mitre box
I bought this an hour ago to make one 45 degree cut .... On a skirting board ..and it failed miserably ... Honestly it is probably a sufficient mitre for coving but that's it's limit for skirting or anything made of wood .. Bite the bullet and but a mitre saw cos this bit of kit is honestly getting binned as soon as I stop writing ... Total waste of a fiver

OK for the price
It's a cheap piece of black plastic. It's OK for a few cuts but you will not be passing it on to your heirs. I bought it with low expectations and they were met, barely.
