Replaced a 9,000BTU with this 12,000 BTU unit, but cant tell its any stronger. I wanted it for the option to do heat too so will keep it anyway and I like the fact I can control it via the app etc. I think the main problem is it blows from the top and upwards. My old one blow from the front and that was better. Also, the connector on to the Aircon was broken and I had to Sellotape it together, but that's just my bad luck. Wasn't worth sending back just for that. The extractor pipe could be longer too. by the time you connect it to the window, you can only have the unit next to the window. In sure a 3m one wouldn't have cost much more

Always been a fan of probreeze. I had a previous 9,000 BTU air condition and decided an upgrade to a 12,000 BTU as it includes a heat function and voice control through Alexa app. Really reliable during the summer months. Had it for more than 4 years and did not have any issues at all.

The first one was broken when it arrived but they replaced it straight away and the new one works perfectly. It's a tad loud but that's because it's very powerful. It fill the room with cold air very quickly. The Alexa function is superb and works every time.

Good choice of air conditioner, great features for all year round use, cooling & heating with additional dehumidifier, only negative so far is that it's quite noisy so best to cool the bedroom before going to bed,, timer function is very useful.

It's easy set up though very heavy for those not a body builder to carry upstairs . Wished there was an option to include accessories for patio door as atm door is ajar while aircond is on . Pleased with it I bought another smaller 9000 BTU for my bed room . Waiting for arrival ¦ it's not 24 hours like the other first one it seems ¦ been several days waiting

I was initially quite impressed with this unit - looks good, has good wifi support (plus the tuya ecosytem also works with homebridge / home assistant), supplied remote is decent. Also comes with two types of hose mount - window and door. Unfortunately that's where the positive points end however... The deal breaking issue was that It's most certainly not the power it states on the listing (12000 BTU unit). If you're expecting cooling power for anything remotely approaching that room size (roughly 28m2) then you'll be disappointed. The first evening I used it to cool a small bedroom (4 x 2.5m). It did a slow but adequate job of cooling the room down from 23c to 19c, although it was too loud to keep running overnight. The second evening though I tried it on a larger room (6 x 4m - so still well under the stated room size) and it was just hopeless. The first hour it was running the room temperature actually increased by a degree! After a further 4 (!) hours the temp had dropped by 2.5c, and I suspect that was mostly because the sun had gone in. I ended up after 6 hours with the room still at around 25c. Summary - utterly hopeless for a larger room. I honestly got a better result from a regular pedestal fan - but if you buy it in the knowledge that it's only able to cool small rooms then you may not be disappointed.

It's CP high. The Wi-Fi smart app is even more convenient. The only short-coming is the operating noise. Notwithstanding I shall recommend it to my friends.

Game changer
It is my first time I am using such device, but it is a game changer in quality of air you can have in your room, especially if you want to comfortably go to sleep. You get fresh air in minutes. I have bought it for a room lesser than the power of cooling it have so I can get comfortable state in like 5 min or so. It is not as quiet as you would want to have while wanting to fall asleep but it cools room fast enough to put sleeper time so it shuts itself down. Have not tried the smart features yet, remote controller is fine. Anyway I am very satisfied with this purchase.

A god send
What can you say about this. It kept me nice and cool all through the hot weather very simple to set up. And cheap to run I haven’t try the dehumidifier setting yet. One good thing is the Wi-Fi you can set it going on the way home so your house is nice and cool
