Great product
Bought this product last month and it has been amazing . Been able to sleep in a cool room using this device. It’s easy to set up and use and having WiFi I can turn it on before I go to bed and the room is cool.

Great unit
Great unit. I haven’t used the WiFi connection yet but cools fairly big room fast. It is quite noisy but with its efficiency it’s not an issue.

Stay frosty
First the negatives: it's quite big, it's heavy and it's quite noisy, even on low setting. On the plus side though, it does what it's meant to. There are 3 functions - cool, fan and dry. Cool is your air conditioning where the refrigerant kicks in, this is your loudest option, but it gets a decent size room cool nice and quickly. Fan mode is similar, but doesn't provide a much cooling because it only runs the fan. Dry mode acts as a dehumidifier, drawing moisture from the air, which for me makes this unit useful all year round, not just when it's boiling outside. You do need to use the house provided, so yay may limit you to keeping it relatively close to the window (unless you want to get a load of extensions). The actual pipe is quite rigid, although this works well to bend and hold it's position. There are two window kits in the packaging, one for sliding windows (works with horizontal or vertical), and the other for hinge opening windows, like I have. The only problem with the kit for hinge opening is an aesthetic one, you have to attach it by adding velcro steps to the window frame and the window surrounds, which doesn't look great, particularly when you remove the kit and aren't using the unit, but it is what it is. The unit is on wheels, so it's easy enough to move around (not so easy on carpet though). There's a remote control, which is probably what you'll use to control the unit most, but setting up the app was relatively straightforward, although the name of the app on the Google play store has been changed since the instructions were printed. Once I set up the app I was able to connect the unit to WiFi (note that it needs to be on a 2.4ghz network), and from there it was easy to link the app to Alexa, and control it via my Echo. All in all I'm very impressed for the price (bought while on offer).

Hot need to cool down
The only problem I found was the add on to fit around window doesn't fit, it will fit a sliding window but not a pull out window but it's free with the appliance so not complaining good air unit

Brilliant product
I purchased this last year and had a full years use out of it, it is perfect in every way and better still is the customer service, they are so helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommend 5 star+

Great little AC unit. 5000BTU
for the price, I would highly recommend. Had the unit 3 months now and it cools my room nicely after an hour or so of it being on. Although in the hot hot weather a few hours is required to really feel like you have stepped into the freezer isle at Tesco. This unit isnt going to make you freeze in your duvet but 100% makes these hot night more than comfortable.

Works but really noisy
It works. It produces cold air. But it's really really loud. Even on a 'low' fan setting, or 'sleep' setting it's really loud and I do not think will be compatible with actual sleeping. When the refrigerant turns off and on it also makes a disconcerting loud noise. It does work though so i'm gonna keep it.

Great A/C unit!
This is a really good A/C unit that is very easy to setup and cools my large room well. My one criticism is that I am unable to connect it to my Wifi to control the unit from my phone. I am only able to use the remote control provided. Maybe some can help me?

very cool very quickly
I have 2 9000BTU units by different manufacturers and this one is more powerful than the other for sure. I wish I had 2 of these instead!
