Does what it says on the bottle.
Easy to use and easy to understand instructions. Time will tell if it does the job.

Expensive but essential
Recently tiled behind my sink with natural slate tiles, and needed to seal them. Though a touch pricey this sealant is worth every penny. My tiles are beautifully water safe and sealed and look fabulous and finished. However I did add two coats in the end. One before attaching the tiles to the wall with the cement, and one after grouting.

Tile sealer
Total waste of time and money. This product doesn’t not work in the slightest. I gave my bathroom tile 3 good coats and a week later I noticed stain on the floor. I then went and bought LITHONFIN tile impregnator and gave it 2 coats and it’s sealed from water and other thing also now.

poor quality sealant
I bought this in the tiling section as I needed to reseal my travertine tiles. very poor quality - bit like putting water on the tile..

Excellent on greasy kitchen quarry tiles
I used this to deep clean a kitcheb floor and it worked really well. I used it neat and just used a broom to aggitate it, no real scrubbing, then mopped off with clean water.

Didn't work
Tried to clean some slight marks on tiles , didn't work . The white cloth used to clean with was still white after wiping the tiles , waste of time and money

I brought to treat stain on tile didn't touch it, waste money

Makes tiles dull
DO NOT use this if you have galaxy quartz tiles. Makes them go dull. Not amuzed.
