The mini deep fat fryer can hold up to 2.5 litres of oil, which will allow you to make portions of fried food that will comfortably feed around 2 to 3 people. The small deep fat fryer has the capacity to be used as a traditional unit where the lid is taken off, or simply raised so you can watch over proceedings. However, the beauty of this innovative machine is that you can also actually close the lid, and keep an eye on proceedings thanks to the large observation window on the top of the machine. The fryer features a cool touch handle that will stay at room temperature during the cooking process, and is ergonomic to assist with the lifting in and out of the basket. The deep fat frying machine has an adjustable thermostat that allows you to tailor the temperature of the oil in order to get the perfect setting for the foods you want to cook. There is also a handy temperature suggestion guide displayed on the machine, so you’ll never get caught out when it comes to cooking chips, chicken and fish.
