Great customer service
I bought this and the product is good. the item was damaged by the delivery company, but the the seller quickly sent a new item on overnight delivery. overall, a good product and a great customer service. my only dislike was the plastic installation plugs were not very secure so I needed to spend another 2 GBP on amazon to upgrade then, otherwise a great experience

Toilet seat
The toilet seat was poorly packet for home delivery. It came in original box with no protective packaging. It was badly damaged unusable and I returned this item.
