Not well enough built to to the job.
Cheap and nasty, the plastic on plastic ribbed joint of the power select knob is so weak it quickly wears or breaks. It did both on mine. This switch has to be used each time shower is used and it is just not up to the job. I was surprised Redring could produce such a defective shower knob. The connection of the knob to the shower should be metal, as should the shaft of the power select switch. And of course, I can't get a replacement knob!
