The package was incomplete.
Instead of 8 trays as detailed on the package, there was only one together with 8 sachets.

very quick results
bought this product as others had not worked , had been having rat problems for some time. within 30 minutes of putting down the sachets they [ the sachets ] had disappeared and no further rat problems.

This only took 3 days and the rats were gone, no mess , ready to use so easy just put it in the rat holes

But the mice are not so happy. However the mouse poison is taken very quickly by them so it must be effective
