ABSOLUTE RUBBISH
I have had the same large decking for over 20 years so I know a thing or two about painting it and care. This product is a total waste of money and effort. It is as others have said so watery and doesnot colour hardy at all. If you dont have fresh new wood it simply does work. I have tried ronseal three times in the twenty years and stupidly tried it again. Each time thoroughly dissappointed. I returned the rest of the 5 litre tin I had and got a refund. I would highly recommend SCREW FIXs own brand. half the price and 10 times better. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this product

Don't bother!
I bought this product (3 big & 2 small tins) 2 years ago, and like other reviews I’ve seen, yes it peels off straight away. It did not last even 1 winter... I’m including 2 photos: first shows my decking after first winter and second photo shows my decking after 2 winters. And the colour never been like the one on the tin: dark oak. I'm very disappointed, I thought I will pay more for better quality product to avoid every year painting... But this product is bad and expensive. Don't buy it, as it's not going to last long:-(

Don't bother!

Patchy
Patchy after 2 coats.. not the same colour as the fence paint either and don’t think it will get there without another few coats. Annoying!!

Ronseal Ultimate dark oak decking stain
Very disappointed with this product it had no depth in color at all after 3 coats it looks nothing like the color on the tin Would not recommend this to anybody

Colour not really dark oak
This is a good product and covers well, and dries quickly. The colour looks grey when tin opened though is very dark on decking.

Super decking paint
Bought this a month ago to paint a large substantial decking area. Superb quality stain, looks great even on a wet day. Would recommend it .

Does Not Do The Job
I purchased this product two days ago, it is very thin and watery and does not cover well. After two coats I have been left with patchy decking. Unfortunately, it does not do "what it says on the tin".

Easy to put on.
Garden looks so different and very happy with finished covering.quite easy to paint on .ans was very pleased.
