Ronseal ultimate protection decking stain will keep your deck protected from the weather and everyday wear and tear. It looks great all year round, with added slip resistance. It lasts twice as long as standard decking stain.

- Instructions for Use - Give the stain a good stir and dip in your brush or pad. Check you’re happy with the colour. Find a small hidden patch of wood and try it. Start in the furthest corner, brushing along the length of the boards. Work on 3-4 boards at a time so you don’t get any overlap marks. You’ll need to put on 2 coats. Leave 4 hours between each coat. After 24 hours you’ll be able to get your furniture out and use the deck. If you get any stain on yourself, wash it off with warm soapy water.

Rubbish
Painting already peeling after a few weeks. Just buy the cheapest brand stuff as I’ve learnt they are all the same

Absolute Rubbish - Don’t waste your money
IF YOU BUY THIS STUFF YOU WILL REGRET IT! Applied this to my new deck of a few months old and initially I would’ve given this stuff a five star review as it did look amazing at the time it was finished - but that was short lived! A few months later my deck looks absolutely horrendous as it is peeling off everywhere and every time it rains it gets worse. I bought five tins of this stuff at a cost of nearly £250 and I would really like my money back as this stuff definitely does not do what it says on the tin and is not fit for purpose. If you have to apply this stuff every year you would be off in the long run using composite deck - wish I had done that.
