It’s a Valve Key.
It’s a 4 way valve key, it opens or closes valves, what more can I say. It’s robust and should last a lifetime. Good value.

Doesn’t fit in the radiator valve recess so cannot be used.

Rothenberger Brass 4 Way Key
This is a very solid tool but unsuitable for domestic radiators, Regret having to return it but not suited to my purpose. Wish I could get something so substantial for my rads. Didn't use so CANNOT rate reliability properly.

the small rad key is to big to fit into the recess of any of my old radiators even when I have removed all the paint from the recesses
