Rubbish
Bought this for a project specifies 30kg very dubious Lasted about 12 operations then twisted and jamme, very flimsy Won’t be using again

Good quality, but take care when picking.
I used these for a slide-out table using a light-weight table-top. They are good quality, but you need to be careful picking them in the shop. There are a number of different types with slightly differing sizes and they are often found in the wrong bins. The plastic bags they are packed in are often broken and they can be replaced in the wrong bags sometimes with miss-matched pairs or missing their fastenings. I did not use the supplied fastenings anyway as they did not seem robust enough, I widened the holes and used M6 bolts in threaded wood inserts.

Ball bearing slider jammed
Bought 3 sets of these and only one lasted more than 20mins. Too much flex and release system made of plastic snapped
