This Belgrave matt furniture paint has been specially designed to give a durable and long-lasting chalky finish on a range of surfaces. Simply apply 1 coat with a brush and leave for 1 hour to dry - a great way to give the surfaces additional protection.

Wish i had read the reviews first
A completely different shade of blue to what is shown here. This is more of a birght baby blue. Not happy!! Paint itself is fine.

Colour nothing like advertised!!
Beware!!! This is like the most boring bog standard, run of the mill blue. Completely different to the colour shown. Beyond disappointed!!

It’s blue !!
If your wanting blue paint then is is the colour for you. We found it dries far too fast and if your painting a large area it’s a pain- so if your a fast painter and wanting blue then crack on and happy painting

Great product, not the colour in the pic
the colour of this paint is not the colour shown in this picture - it is a lot lighter blue!

Wrong colour on website
I went to buy a dusky Sage green paint called Belgrave, but the colour on the can is definitely not dusky and definitely not green! It’s more a bright turquoise Blue.

Not the advertised colour
The colour is completely off. Turned out baby blue. I can still make it work with what I was planning, but do not buy this if you are expecting a colour anything like the advertised picture.

Totally different colour when painted
The tin says no sanding or primer needed - I'm already on my 3rd coat and it will need another. I can deal with multiple coats if the colour is correct but its actually very much a bright blue and definitely not a shade of green!

Great coverage
Always used Annie Slone paint thought I'd try this as a lot cheaper and I have to say the coverage was a lot better and went on a lot smoother. Overall a better quality finish. Very happy

Lovely colour.
I love this chalk finish, it makes a change from the usual gloss etc. but makes the furniture I have painted it with look great. Am really very pleased.
