  • For use on Furniture
  • Suitable for use on Brick, metal, plaster, plastic, stone & wood surfaces
  • Surface Preparation - Does not require any priming or sanding on most surfaces, simply ensure the surfaces are smooth, dry and free from contaminants. For best results, remove any wax or oil from the surface and if wax is used then clean the surface thoroughly with white spirit. It is recommended that bare wood should be sanded before painting. Finish with a layer of Rust-Oleum furniture finishing wax or Rust-Oleum furniture lacquer for protection
  • Instructions for Use - Stir the product thoroughly prior to use. It may be applied with a brush or roller. If applying with a brush, apply evenly following the grain of the wood. If rolling, use a short nap mohair roller. To create a distressed look, apply 2 coats in contrasting colours. Allow to dry and then lightly abrade with moistened sand paper or a stainless steel scouring pad. Subsequently abrade with the grain of the wood. Protect the paint effect with Rust-Oleum furniture finishing wax.

Not grey

Decent paint that covers well etc but the colour is more light blue than grey. Very disappointed.

This paint is amazing.

I bought this paint after doing lots of research, to paint two Oak bedside cabinets. I am very fussy about colour and paint finish and I have to say, this paint is a dream to use, easy to apply, colour as advertised ( I used Mineral Grey) dried really quick, you can’t see any brush marks and a beautiful satin finish. I used a fraction of a 750ml tin, no second coat required. Well worth the money and effort, saved me a fortune by up cycling my cabinets. I would highly recommend this product.

Fantastic

This is the first time doing anything like this. Was very easy to do and I love the results. Used 2 coats to do my table and have half a tin left to do a sideboard to match.

Good, but be warned

Lovely colour / incredible coverage. However, unlike chalk paint, this is difficult to get a smooth finish. Supposed to go on without much prep., but even fine-sanding between layers left it rough (or not perfectly smooth). I found finish was the same on varnished wood, with our without prep/sanding.

Great paint

This is quite a thin paint out of the tin but applies really easily. I used a 4" gloss roller for most of the coverage and was one of those paints that was a dream to apply. Dries rapidly too, I used three coats with sanding before the last coat for an outstanding result.
