Didn’t spray evenly
Leaked every time I sprayed , so ended up throwing it out

Spray function terrible, ruins projects
The paint itself isn't a problem, it's a nice gold finish...when the spray function works! But the spray mechanism on this bottle is just awful. It blocks constantly, even if continuously wiping the nozzle as advised on the directions for use. I bought two bottles and both kept blocking. My husband had to keep taking apart the spray tops to get to the tiny inner parts that kept blocking. The blocking also caused some big drips which blobbed onto my project, meaning I had to sand it off in just one area, which was really noticeable as I was spraying onto an already pre-painted layer, so that painted layer also inevitably got sanded. I had to change the whole look of the item to try to accommodate this. Considering this is Rustoleum's more expensive premium spray, (their other less expensive gold spray is around £3 cheaper) I would've expected a better quality spray function. Won't be buying this one again based on this as it's not cheap. Unless you know how to take apart the spray down to its little component parts, clean it out with tiny picks and then put it all back together again, you'll end up having to throw it in the bin, wasting loads of paint and your money. And potentially your whole project, as the paint is fast drying and has to be sanded off if you end up with blobs. Avoid this one. My project didn't end up how I'd planned and spent more time than should've been necessary trying to rectify the spray and the blobs.

Terrible product
The trigger mechanism is faulty - keeps spraying after you want it to stop, need to manually yank it to relock in neutral position. The gold itself is a cheap matte glittery yellow - had better replica gold from Aldi. Avoid.

Great paint
I bought this product to spray bits of my fridge easy to use and a great finish. I liked it so much going to use it for other things However when I ran out and needed another tin searched the Internet £5.00 cheaper at another DIY store and £6 00 cheaper on the Internet. I feel ripped off by B&Q I will definitely be checking prices before buying anything else from them.They used to be my go to place. NOT ANYMORE

Looks great, no fuss!
Has built in primer so no messing around, used straight on plastic to jazz up some kids toys. Great finish and seemed to go a long way.

Pure gold
Used this to paint the inside of my bathroom door, light rub down and wash, took 3 thin coats and covered perfectly! Looks amazing, no chips or peeling. Very quick and easy to use!

Amazing colour and quality
Painted a whole 2 metre mirror frame and it looks so expensive now! It is the perfect modern brass finish. Absolutely love it! So easy to use and even fool proof finish!

Fantastic paint
This is my go-to gold spray paint. I've used it for both interiors and exteriors and it has never failed me. If you prep your surface and spray in light, even coats you won't go wrong with this paint. I can't recommend enough.
