Rustins Stain Blocker & Multi-surface primer is a water based matt white stain blocker for interior and exterior use, with excellent adhesion to wood, plaster and previously painted surfaces.  It will seal all stains that may bleed through and discolour paint. As a primer, it provides excellent adhesion to ceramic tiles, glass, and melamine. Low odour. Non-yellowing on ageing. Quick-drying. When dry can be painted over with many types of paints and undercoat. Available in sizes : 250ml/500ml/1L

• Surface Preparation - The surface must be dry and free from, dust and contaminants
• Instructions for Use - Using a synthetic brush or varnish roller, apply evenly and liberally. Apply 3 liberal coats according to the coverage rate. More absorbent surfaces or commercial premises may require 4 coats
