Ryobi 42 cc Petrol Chain Saw
Works well, but on second usage after space of one week started jammed on full throttle, luckily I had the brake on. During the second usage, throttle operation was sporadic (with engine revving widely without trigger pressed). Then the engine died. However, we working, was working well.

Short lived and waste of money
Bought 3 of these in store, 2 of which will no longer start after 2 days of use. Check plugs, these are still like new, tried starting with throttle pressed slightly which worked earlier in the day.. Tried adjusting idle screw.. tried fresh fuel and checking oil mix was right.. Nothing will work, the saws are completely dead.

Quick start !
Very pleased, fired the Ryobi chainsaw up after about a week since purchase, kicked in after 2nd pull and took care of a 14 inch dia tree stump, no problem!

Would recommend excellent tool
Read loads of reviews about chainsaws and I opted for this one, it arrived already set up with the chain etc just had to add petrol mix and chain oil. I have used it on several occasions and find it easy to start and to use, it is easy to adjust the chain and fill the various tanks for chain oil and petrol. The only thing I would say is to keep an eye on the chain oil and check it regular, it seems to use quite a bit but reading other reviews this seems quite normal, it also has a three year warranty on the machine if you register online. Just to sum up I would buy this product again and would recommend it to other people who were thinking about purchasing a chainsaw you won't be disappointed.

Good buy
Had a lot of work to do with this so decided to go for a better model it worked well no hassle or breakdowns but remember to buy extra chain oil

Great little saw. Easy to use.
I bought this a month ago mainly for cutting logs for wood burner. Then i decided to tackle a 50 foot fir tree. No problem , done in under 2 hrs. Very capable for its size. Does use a lot of chain oil, don`t let it run dry as i did. If you follow the start procedure carefully it will go every time. Brilliant. Great value for the money.

pretty colours
I took it out the box,filled the chain oiler and the fuel tank.followed all instructions and NOTHING wouldn,t even start, after an hour and ahalf of pulling etc,i gave up and took it back.very disappointed...

Purchased this in replacement to my old one that had seen better days.no setting up as was so already in box unlike some.well pleased with the easy start overall happy with product n would recommend it.
