Supplied with incorrect parts

Bought these and agree like everyone else the packaging is a nightmare but also the axle/spindle was too long and my door frame is a very standard door so unless using for a castle door not sure where they would fit. Says fits doors of 35mm which mine was and it stuck out loads. Very annoying as I'm already juggling lots of things so returning them to door is a hassle and time lost that I don't need

Nightmare

These were a nightmare to get on. The screws broke off and then the door handle wouldn’t turn, we’ve had to make the best of some very bad door handles. Hope we can get in and out of the bathroom without them falling off or jamming.

No redeeming features

1) Packaging is a disaster 2) some screw holes drilled off centre so screw won't go into recess 3) poorly finished inside such that swarf is proud of base 4) screws have to angle inwards to get it to fit 5) one screw even supplied without a slot for the screwdriver. Suffice to say they will be returned.

Hall cupboard knobs

Used these on hall cupboard doors to match up with other door handles. Look good (when you can get them out of the packaging)

Very poor quality

bought these for our new internal doors, but after fitting 1 we quickly realised that the door wouldnt shut properly and kept coming open.

Do not buy - packaging nightmare, 2 screws snapped

What a ridiculous experience - so time consuming just to get them out the packaging, then putting them in is a nightmare because the screws are poor quality as well as being Philips not Pozi. 2 snapped in the door so we had to repeat the laborious process again as well as sourcing our own screws. I would have uploaded photos but to be honest the whole experience has been traumatic and time consuming enough. Wish I had have known, would not have bought these.

Absolute Rubbish

Changing my interior doors upstairs, I thought these would be perfect. I purchased 7 Doors, 7 Mortice Door Knobs and 7 Tubular Latches and 21 hinges. Fitted the doors, very pleased, and then fitted a Mortice Door Knob. Absolute rubbish - turns to open the door but the latch then sticks inside. The six Mortice Door Knobs and six Tubular Latches will be returned and I'll go somewhere else for a replacement. I am 87 and employed a joiner. He totally agrees with me. It has cost me £15 for a Mortice Door Knob and £3.56 for a Tubular Latches just to discover they don't work.

The most ridiculous packaging of a product ever

Took 15 minutes to get out the packaging which is ridiculously excessive and has no obvious purpose.

Cannot remove from packaging. Waste of money

Spent ages trying to remove these from the packaging. Infuriating. When they eventually went on the doors they tarnished very quickly. Not fit for purpose.

You have to destroy the packaging

Whoever designed the packaging for these should be looking for new employment. You have to tear it apart to see the internal fixings...in my case I found they would fit the existing door aperture. Money wasted
