Erecting is easier than you think!
I purchased this Summer House at the beginning of October 2016 and it was delivered on the following Monday (one week). The concrete base was already prepared and I erected it in 3 days. with assistance of my wife for the erection of the first two side panels only. The instructions were very easy to follow and there was not one part missing.

Great value
Summer house is excellent value for money. It seems to be well made and good quality. It was easy to put together I actually did it on my own apart from the roof. The only complaint is that one of the glass beads is missing plus the glass was very dirty and marked. Other wise very pleased.

Not what I expected!
Bought in June 2015. Felt for roof ripped, two panels broken at the top. Gaps in the ship lap, holes where knots of wood had fallen out. Thanks to B&Q, who replaced felt for roof and supplied new wood for repairs. I probably should have returned the product but I didn't want the hassle and wait for another delivery, with possibly other problems.

Disappointed
The quality of this summerhouse was poor, there were damaged struts and holes in the tongue and groove ship lap. Panels were warped and we had to adjust them. The instructions were good and clear.

Bad Experience
Where do I start? The instructions are terrible, very poor photo copy. The checkoff list gives one size for some parts but the assembly instructions give another. I assembled the front of the building to find a 3 inch gap between the doors,when I rang Shire I was told, "Oh you must have the old instructions" - thanks pal. Apparently the front and back panels used to sit outside the side walls but now sit inside, the 2 long front pieces measured 2048mm (1980 in the checkoff list but 2048 in the assembly part) they should be 1980, the roof bearers are listed as 2070mm in the checkoff list but are 1980mm which is correct. There should be 2 short battens and 4 long to support the floor - I received 6 short !! The guy from Shire Technical Sales said do you want me to send you 2 more long pieces for the front or are you going to chop them down? I said dont bother I will shorten them. All in all a very frustrating and unneccessary waste of my time. Build quality is not bad but they need to come up with some better explained and photographed instructions pronto !!
