Simple to install
This was purchased to replace our door chime that had broken. Installation was simple (insert the 2 batteries, connect to the existing wires and hang from existing screw) and as it had some chimes we decide not to try to download any, I might try later.

Connectable
Unlike other users experience this product was recognised by my MAC (Snwlpd) and my PC (Win7) immediately. Finding out how to transfer files wasnt so easy but no fault of his product. Great sound strength.

Most unhappy with this purchase
I have tried to connect this device to 2 different PCs (vista 32 and Vista 64) to load up MP3 files; the instruction leaflet claims "connecting the USB will auto-run the melody program", but in both cases I get "USB device not recognised". (The bell works ok with the pre-stored chimes.) Cannot find any online support for this product on the Siemens website, and so I have had to email them.
