Burnt out motor
Was very good then after a year of light use the motor started smoking. That's the end of that

I did some research before choosing this drill. Excellent and durable. Can’t fault it especially for the price. B&Q spec states no charger but charger and battery are included. Box info states that too so don’t go buying a charger for it. Presently screwing boards to a 27 MT long 6ft high fence and the wee battery lasting well. Some ‘bare’ Skil drills are reduced in price on B&Q which worried me a bit wondering why but no regrets whatsoever buying this.

Nice little drill
I bought this because I wanted other tools from the range & saw that it was cheaper to buy this drill which comes with a charger & battery (that fits the other skil tools) then the charger & battery on their own. Though I didn't need another cordless drill this is proving to be a nice addition to my collection

Web Site Description Wrong
Bought this item to help with a project I have in my kitchen. It fits the bill perfectly for the job I want to do. However the web site description is wrong - it clearly states that this drill does NOT come with a battery charger and on that basis I ordered a battery charger as well as the drill. Imagine my surprise when I opened the case for this item and discovered a battery charger is included. It looks as if I wasted the money I spent on a charger.

Wonderful item
Whilst shopping today in Doncaster I had the luck to run into a worker from this store who worked for skill who kindly showed me around there new range of tools. He even showed me how to use the drill in question. I’m so please with the purchase it has made me want to fix everything in my home, im already looking at coming back to buy more. As a former caretaker I only wish we had this quality and value 20 years ago.
