Great machine!
Had it for a month now and used it to trim branches off tall trees. Branches of 5cm diameter were easy to cut and the chainsaw was light and easy to maneuver. Putting it together on purchase was fairly straightforward.

chain problem
chain forever coming off! A chainsaw without a chain is pretty useless and it shouldn't happen. Avoid this model - its rubbish!!

I have used this a few times and spend more time putting the chain back on than working, would not recommend it

So far so good
since I purchased this chain saw I have felled numerous small trees and the saw worked a treat.Getting the chain tension right needs a fine touch and having a spare pair of hands to hold the blade in position is an advantage.Its a MUST to read the instruction booklet thoroughly.

GREAT.... UNTIL YOU WANT TO BUY REPLACEMENT CHAINS
The chain saw works great, no issues at all.....until you want to purchase a replacement chain from where you bought the saw, and B & Q don't sell them !!

Super
Had for two months now and have saen through about a ton of wood. Zero problems, much much quieter than petrol driven and just as effective. Very easy to set up.

Poor performance
I bought it from B&Q at discounted price. Had to return it because it did not perform to cut tree trunks. I tried the machine on two inch diameter branch and expected the cut to be like slicing through butter, but it did not. I returned it the following day for a full refund.
