Beautiful shelf
please please ignore any negative comments. this shelf looks beautiful hung up on our living room wall. ok wouldn’t put anything heavy on it but why would you need to. i nearly didn’t purchase due to negative comments, so glad i did.

Adequate
Bought two of these purely for looks rather than practical use, would not put anything heavy on them, we have just few ornaments up, so cosmetically they look good and have a nice finish

Poor quality, not sturdy
Poor design. Wobbles up and down even thought we put 6 screws to the wall bracket. Our builder got one from another shop and is so much sturdier. Will be returning for refund.

Quality float shelf
If you want to load up your shelf with a tonne of book, you need to buy a traditional shelf with brackets or a bookcase. Float shelves are designed for uncluttered presentation of a few objects or books, where presentation is the priority rather than something to solve your storage needs. I've had a few float shelves over the years and this one is a good quality and price.

Excellent little shelf
This product is easy to mount on the wall. The mounting posts are on a sturdy plaque and are secured by several screws. The grub screws that secure the floating shelf are hidden by a couple of matching plastic veneer discs. I had no difficulty in mounting the shelf.

shelves are great
Bought for my girls room as long as the screws you place in the wall are long enough and you follow instructions the shelves look great and hold plenty of books my girls love them

Why would you not include the fixings
Ridiculous that you buy these but are my supplied with the correct fixings. So pointless having to buy separate.

Unstable shelf
The shelf looks good, however the shelf is hollow therefore the spindles from the wall bracket into the shelf are not tight fitting and the shelf can be moved up and down. I can't trust it to hold anything more than one or two books. I will need to fix with regular shelf brackets which defeats the object of a floating shelf.
