Look good but that's about it...
These shelves look the part but how the manufacturer is allowed to state they hold 25kg is beyond me. The brackets and shelf moved when I put 3 cook books on it. I've had to shore it up with some homemade brackets to stop it falling down. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO STORE SOMETHING ON THE SHELF.

Floating disaster
Did a great deal of prep and research and took a great deal of time. The fixing holes are too close together to obtain strong drilled wall plugged holes as the plaster cracks meeting the holes previousky drilled. You would need drilling precision if s surgein. Even when the anchorage was securely fixed the shelf does not fit tight and moves. Very flimsy and have no confidence in it so dismantled it and now in the bin. A don't buy

Avoid these shelves
Wish I’d read reviews before I bought these. Useless as the brackets don’t hold the selves level. Even tried the advice given by another reviewer to out a strip of wood under them to try and stop them from tipping forward. Complete waste of money.

Its ok
They are all wobbly and the arms are bent so they all tit forward. We brought 9 in varied sizes and all have the same problem.

looks fine, but
Looks fine but the integral steel supports give the finished shelf a fragile feel. The shelf moves vertically with little applied pressure. Would not buy again.

Oak effect floating shelf
I bought 2 of these when on special offer. Unfortunately I should’ve listened to reviews. I followed instructions and NO, they are rubbish. Floating shelves I’ve bought from competitors are much better quality. Not worth saving a few £££’s when they don’t do the job. Ended up using gorilla glue and will not support the weight as stated by B&Q. Sorry B&Q

shelf is poorly made
Once installed on the wall (relatively easy with 5 screws and raw plugs of the right size (50mm) I noticed that shelf itself slopes inwards to quite a large extent. To the extent that anything round rolled inwards to the wall, I know that there has to be some slight inwards slope to stop items from falling off, but this was quite noticeable. You can also move the shelf downwards by about 5mm with just the one finger and little pressure. I doubt that it will support its stated 25kg weight limit as a result It looks quite nice though, I just wonder how long it will last, as the shelf internals seem to be made of either chipboard or blockboard. Still, you pay £10, you get £10 I guess

Looks great
These shelves have not been erected yet but the person who is doing the job says he will put a strip of wood along the biottom as he has these shelves and they tend to tip at an angle so the strip of wood should keep them upright
