This Empire red gloss furniture paint has been specially designed to give a durable and long-lasting finish on a range of surfaces. Simply apply with a brush or roller and leave for 1 hour to dry - a great way to give the surfaces additional protection. Covers 14m² per litre on average.

Poor coverage
I’m painting wooden furniture and have lightly sanded and have now done 3 coats and it still hasn’t covered! I paint furniture regularly and have never had such poor coverage, I have used Rust-Oleum paints in past and can only assume that it’s down the the colour as read other reviews stating the same as me , to finish the job I’ll probably have to do 3 more coats. Wouldn’t recommend

Rubbish coverage!
4 coats on white and the finish is still opaque. Very disappointing for such a 'high end' brand! A total waste of time.

great!
i bought this prouduct a few weeks ago to decorate my furniture and a small tin goes a long way! i did two wardrobe doors, 8 large drawers and 3 small drawers including the inside (on the doors and small drawers) and it said lovely, gives such a old colour and doesn't chip or scratch. the only thing is it takes around 3/4 coats but i knew 1 wouldn't be enough so that wasn't a major problem. it also dries very very quickly and is easy to clean up (i got lots on the kitchen floor!) and it wipes off easily, overall absolutely love this and would recommend!
