Perfect replacement
Fitted well, feels solid, took only an hour to replace the existing tap. Reasonable price. Would certainly recommend

Plumbsure not so sure!
We were in need of a new set of taps and these looked fine in store, easy to grasp and came with fittings such as the plunger to plug the sink. What I didn't know was that the taps wouldn't fit in the hole to connect to the pipe. We ended up having taken the old taps out being unable to fit the new ones as they needed a chrome washer to raise them slightly for a correct fit. The washer didn't come in the box with the other bits (for some reason) so had to source one the following day. Seems to be a poor oversight and made the job take longer than expected. When fitted they were ok.

Useful tap
Bought this mixer tap for our bathroom which is similar to another one we have in another bathroom which is 2 years old and still going.

Dont bother
Bought this tap in Jan 15. Looks stylish but that's where it ends. Cold tap had a habit of sticking after a few hours of non use and you had to drag at it to get it to release; eventually wouldn't switch off. Replaced valve inside in April 2015 worked fine but started sticking again. Returned to shop for different model end May 15.

Eventually pleased
Purchased on line (delivery a nightmare - tap came one day, sink 10 days later note to self - get it in store next time). Tap was easy to fit but does not come with flexi connectors (Cheap enough to buy and saves hassle). Once fitted one side was continually dripping. Water isolated and washer resited sorted the problem but I did expect it to work okay first time. Now sorted though and the tap looks and works fine.

Seems impossible to install waste without leaks.
I've spent most of the afternoon attempting to install this product. The taps went in fine and look great. However, it is seems impossible to install the waste without serious leaks. The wastes system is plastic and the washer provided is rather thin and solid so it is not possible to tighten the joint enough. Problem is, when you press the release arm, the plastic bends slightly and opens up the seal between the washer and the sink basin. Can't complain about the sink emptying, but most of the water goes on the floor! Tried different washers and 'O' rings but same problem. Sorry, but I'm going to take the taps and waste out and return to B and Q.
