Brought two of these fans at Easter very easy to put up and look very stylish just about to go and purchase a third one

Too Loud
The top setting sounds like a jet engine setting off and the bottom setting is even louder!! Couldnt sleep at all with it on. Returned straight away.

Dreadful product!
I bought not one, not two, but THREE of these - and all are faulty! They rotate fine, but the motor is so loud and gets louder as the speed decreases! Having to return all of them, and no it's not a mistake, they all worked fine for about 24 hrs before the motor noise kicked in. Appalling product and a complete waste of money.

Good quality for the money
I bought thios yesterday and fitted it in less than an hour - very pleased with the quietness of the fan at all peeds - just make sure the adjustable lamp holders are not touching each other as this can cause a noise.

great fan
This is my second one of these fans only problem with the most recent one I bought is firstly having to buy the bulbs separately is poor and once fitted the pull cords are so short you need a step ladder to turn the fan and light on and off have to buy extension chain which is another expense that i shouldn't have to do didn't need to with the first one

Too noisy
I got this for my bedroom to use overnight during hot weather but unfortunately it's too noisy, even on the lowest setting.

Modern & Impressive
Bought various ceiling fan lights over the years, this is the most sensible design yet. A circle base plate with an option to add more screws for added stability, if you want. This beats the strip base plate in a lot of other fans. Easy to connect the motor, resting it on the shelves of the base plate, instead of trying to hold up the motor and secure it with screws. Easy push fit electric connection of the light wiring to the motor. Fitting the bulbs were easy, no trying to negotiate lamp shades. Performs well, isn't a silent fan and doesn't claim to be. It is a lot quieter than others. Would be nice to have brass effect on the entire length of the pull cords. Would be better at a slightly lower price. Would be good to have it stocked in more stores. I ordered my first one on line and a second by driving to a store in my nearest city. Overall, very happy and maybe ordering a third.

Not up to the mark
i had purchased the same fan 11 years ago and was happy with the service until it broke down. I replaced it with the same type of fan hoping to get a similar lifespan on it. Sadly, the motor started making loud humming noises intermittently which woke me up three nights in a row. I returned it as I felt the quality of the current model was nowhere near its earlier version that gave us trouble free service for 11 years. Very unhappy with the quality.
