This product is rubbish
At the time of purchase this product was very expensive. Lights failed after a very short time.

Lights don’t last long
It’s a tap but don’t expect the lights to last long.

Poor Quality
Poor quality tap LED stops working after about a year. I’ve had three now under warranty!!

Ages Badly
Looks and works great initially! If you intend using it for more than 3-4 years, it will turn out to be a wasted purchase. The box that 'powers' the light will stop generating the current needed (I assume it is impeller driven and it fails after a year or two), the LED's will fail and after a while the braided pipes that supply the pipes will fail because of poor quality and start leaking. Also, the horseshoe washer underneath will rust badly and make it (extremely) difficult to remove the tap to repair/remove. Only buy if you replace your bathroom/taps every couple of years or have some kind of house maintenance/insurance that covers such things so it becomes someone else's problem not yours when it goes wrong ...

Bought 2 taps both went faulty in few months
I bought 2 of these LED taps and both went faulty within months of installation. The first thing which went wrong with them is the light function (no pressure related issue) the light worked for about 3 to 4 months. then the lever goes stiff and one of the tap developed a leak by the electric connection going to LED control box. I have read the good reviews and believe all these are left just after install. I was also very happy with my tap after installation but my happiness was short lived Waste of money. I am surprised that B&Q are still selling these after all the complaints B&Q please install few in your office washrooms and see how long they work before selling more

Brilliant Looking LED Quality Tap
After reading other reviews was uncertain of purchasing but after speaking to someone who had the exact same model they told me they had had it for over 3 years & had no problems with it both in lever action & the LED lights. The tap is extremely well made, nice & simple to use with a feeling of quality to it & the water generator is very well made & powers using the taps water supply so no batteries required. Not suitable for low water pressure areas & has restricters for very high pressure areas to stop the waterfall gushing over the side of the sink. The effect of the led lights is amazing & accurate. Fingers crossed for many trouble free years as only been fitted a week.

waste of time on low pressure systems
Bought after reading it would work on low pressure and high pressure systems and we have a low pressure system. But the flow from the tap is rubbish - a trickle! Don't bother unless you have a pump or a massive height difference between tank and tap.

Beautiful Tap!
I've just fitted this tap as part of a whole bathroom refit. I combined this Cooke and Lewis tap with the Carapelle sink and I think this combo looks amazing. The tap itself is very good quality and the finish is flawless. The tap operates with an upwards lever motion and has two metallic clicks to indicate water flow. The lighting illuminates the cascading water flow in three different colours and also has the amazing effect traveling down the water stream and illuminating the water in the sink. The tap is supplied with a sizable water powered generator, about 12x12cm, that is fitted to the wall roughly midway height behind the pedestal. Yes, it is visible but doesn't look too bad. All the components and hoses look good quality and dare I say it built to last. I have fitted the tap with the water flow restrictors as per the instructions as my water pressure is 3.5 bar. This ensures a gentle yet sufficient cascading water flow that is contained within the sink when the tap is fully opened and mixing both the hot and cold supplies.
