Pop up waste drains too slowly
Comes with a pop up waste that opens by only about 1cm. This means that washing hands under a running tap tends to fill the bowl rapidly even with the waste fully open. Since the tap had been fitted was unable to return it and had to throw it away.

Waste thread too short
Not compatible with b&q P traps as the threaded section on the water is too short.

Lovely tap
GREat tap no faults so far. However the first one I bought was faulty (the waste pull handle thing had snapped off in the box) I returned it and swapped it no trouble in store. One thing I would say is that the you have to pull the plug handle up quite firmly to get it to shut but wouldn't be class it at a fault

Poor waste mechanism
The tap itself is not bad, it work well and looks good. However, the pop-up waste mechanism is quite poor. I'm not having the leaks that others have complained about but no matter how much you adjust it, the "plug" part is not lifted sufficiently to allow reasonable outflow of water so the sink drains very slowly.

Disappointing
The supplied basin waist that comes with this tap does not have a long enough thread on it for the u bend to tighten up on and make a good seal. I have tried 2 different u bends one of them purchased from B and Q but neither would tighten up on the basin waist and therefore leaked.

Awful. Leaks.
I have this to match the leaking bath one that I also bought. The pop up waste rod to activate the plug is awful and flimsy, and it leaks through the hole in which the rod pushes the plug up and down. It also leaks from the waste outlet because it's not long enough, so the waste pipe can't screw onto it effectively. Another cheap product.

Flimsy
Not happy with this product, the lever at the back is flimsy and keeps rotating. Very disappointed!
