Great product but poor instruction & illustration
The product is great but it’s biggest letdown is the instruction and illustrations especially with the “pop up lever” for the sink drain mechanism. The pop up mechanism has to be illustrated in a clearer way so as to avoid leaks from the pop up element of the assembly. Could I suggest that the manufacturer provides ‘Youtube’ videos for each type of tap of your inventory - the principle cost may be expensive to begin with but your product volume sales will benefit your company. (I am sorry if I appear to insult your sales team - again - my apologies.

Very Leaky
Our plumber needed vast amounts of silicone sealant to stop leakages. All caused by a very poor designed washer that was supposed to seal the waste pipe section to the basin. Tap design stylish but let down by very poor washer design.

Rubbish
Poor fittings lead to a small leak immediately on fitting. Ended up purchasing a separate waste unit and throwing half of this one away. Total waste of money
