Good product
For the price, taps look realy good. Fitted them myself. I would recommend them.

pillar taps, Cooke & Lewis
Great value taps, good construction and works fine on my low pressuer hot water system. These are also ceramic valves so should last a lot longer than conventional washer types. Easy to fit to normal 15mm pipe work without the need for adapters.

Timeless elegance

Product good, delivery terrible...
Had no problem with the package of products that I purchase, very good value. I was surprised that delivery took 3 weeks and left me needing to chase it several times. Certainly not the impression that I was given and caused me real problems.

Good value, good looks
Seem to be excellent quality and very smooth in use. Only been fitted a few weeks so hope they continue to work properly. Unfortunate that they not stocked in-store though.

Good quality taps
The taps are good quality but not excellent because the nuts were plastic rather than metal and one tap was missing a washer in the box but fortunately my plumber had a spare washer. The taps look lovely in my Victorian style bathroom.

look fabulous
I bought both the basin and bath taps to match and they look so pretty..also ideal for older or disabled people as very little effort needed to turn on and off.Has made my bathroom look like a totally new one.
