Does what it says, and does it welll
Tested its waterproof quality as needed for a particular job, worked perfectly. a really powerful glue

Does NOT do what it says on the tin....
This stuff sticks fine but is not waterproof. After allowing nearly 2 days for this to dry (and appeared that it had done), when exposed to water the glue washed out, with white, gluey water running everywhere. If it was sold just as PVA, fine it does the job; I specifically needed a glue that is waterproof once set, and this is not. Sadly I feel like I have been mis-led by the claims on the packaging.
