Do not buy!!!
If I could give minus points I would, these shelves are dreadful. Bought one for my kitchen and wish I hadn’t bothered. Bracket feels rigid but can barely support the shelf let alone anything you may wish to put on it. I had to modify the bracket with extra long screws and packing because the shelf literally drooped forward leaving me unable to put anything on it. Only preservered because I’d already drilled holes into my freshly plastered and painted walls. Cheers for the totally rubbish product. Should be discontinued.

Not fit for use, avoid!!
Easy enough to install, the main bracket fits to the wall securely and firm, however when you place the shelf onto the bracket it is so loose that it just wobbles about and leans forward. Not a hope in... of holding 25kg. Unfortunately all 5 packs will be going back tomorrow for a refund.

Terrible
The brackets fit to the wall fine, but the shelves themselves do not fit to the brackets at all securely. Very disappointing and completely unfit for purpose, I'm currently deciding between trying to modify the shelves or trying to get a refund

Very poor...waste of money!
Bought today. Rubbish. Waste of money. The bracket that supports the shelf is weak and the arms that slot into the shelf body aren't long enough. I have cavity walls and am used to using specialist cavity wall metal fittings when fitting shelving. Despite this when putting anything on the shelf anywhere, the shelf starts to droop forward as the bracket is inadequate. I now have to buy several L brackets to support each shelf - 3 at least for each shelf another £30 quid. The Matt shelves mark easily and you'll need your own fittings too as not supplied. Worst thing I've bought for a long while. Very Disappointed with B & Q for selling such a poor quality product.

Doesn't come with all attachments!
If you buy a shelf that is all pre packed ready to go up you would assume it would come with the wall attatchments! Wrong this product doesn't. And if you have a husband that is as helpful as a chocolate teapot you will end up with massive holes in your wall and a floating shelf that defies the word floating in the wrong way!!!! This product said it can take up to 25kg. Mine can't exceed 25g. It flaps up and down as though it's about to take flight! The metal beam in the middle that supports the main shelf harbours 10 holes to drill. 4 of These holes are placed far too close to each other either side, resulting in a massive hole that I'm sure goes into next doors front room! 1 star out of 5! In fact zero stars!!!

Cheap but nice looking. I don't think the shelves are good to store anything heavy but look great as a decoration

Not fit for purpose
These shelves need to be withdrawn from sale. They are absolute rubbish. We should have returned them, but after making holes in walls and trying to make good a sloping shelf it was best just to add a bracket underneath. Not the look you want when you purchase this product!
